| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程首先讓同學瞭解領導學之基礎概念，再藉由學習馬背領導統御技巧培養職場領導技能，並學習運動場館及休閒農場之管理實務知識。透過實地教學與學習後，引導同學建立馬術運動之學習興趣與樂趣，並從中領悟馬術運動與職場領導之關係，幫助學生未來勝任休閒活動和領導管理之職務。1.瞭解領導學基礎概念2.學習馬術運動概念3.瞭解馬術運動與職場領導之關係4.學習場地管理技能5.建構馬術運動學習興趣與態度The objectives of the course were to understand the basic concept of leadership. Through learning horseback leadership skills will cultivate the workplace leadership skills too, also learn the management knowledge of sports venues and leisure farms. Through practical teaching and learning, students are guided to establish interest in Equestrianism, and then understand the relationship between Equestrianism and workplace leadership, eventually helping students to be qualified for future leisure activities and leadership management.
