| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程將學生分組成不同團隊，在完成團隊任務的過程中，讓學生有機會獨立思考，發現問題，彼此溝通協調，共同合作以解決問題。本課程藉此培養學生獨立思考與解決問題能力、調合作與溝通表達能力以及領導力與團隊合作能力，並透過反思與回饋，讓學生認識自己與他人的優缺點，並拓展合適的人際關係。1.培養獨立思考與解決問題能力2.培養協調合作與溝通表達能力3.培養領導力與團隊合作能力4.增進人我了解與拓展人際關係This course divides students into different teams. In the process of completing team tasks, students have the opportunity to think independently, discover problems, communicate and coordinate with each other in order to solve problems. (1) ability of thinking independently and problem-solving
(2) coordination and communication skills
(3) leadership and teamwork skills,
