本課程培養學生下列知識：

本課程目標在於提升學生對於Newsweek與Time 等國際級相關讀物的閱讀與翻譯能力與技巧，進而強化對於CNN、BBC, 與VOA等國際新聞廣播的聽力與同步翻譯能力。 1.熟悉新聞相關用語 2.應用英文詞彙 3.熟悉新聞相關文章 4.了解新聞用語 5.分析新聞翻譯 This course is intended to upgrade students’ capability of understanding such magazines as Newsweek and Time and of enriching their vocabulary and translation techniques. In the long term, they will be equipped with an ability to listen to CNN, BBC, or VOA and to perform simultaneous interpretation.
