本課程培養學生下列知識：

1.了解高齡者身心及社會狀況，探討休閒、生涯規劃與晚年健康之間的關係。 2.思考老年生涯的真正需求，並介紹在台灣剛起步之運動療法的發展情況及其內涵與應用。 3.老年運動設計規劃從休閒活動的系統概念導入。 4.認識運動的理論、價值與考量要素，並依不同的老人機構分類運動。 1.瞭解老人經濟來源 2.習得各項老人經濟安全的準備 3.認識老人經濟來源的新趨勢 4.獲得退休財務規劃之概念 1.Understand the physical, psychological and social conditions in the elderly to explore the sports, leisure, and health in later life relationships. 2.Think the real needs of the elderly career and describes in Taiwan start-up of the development of recreational therapy and its content and applications. 3.Elderly sports design and planning from the concept of leisure activities into the system. 4.Recognizing sports theory values and considers the elements, and old institutions of different categories according to different sports.
