| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
人在情境中（PIE）是社會工作專業的特特處遇觀點，它認為個人的生活功能是由「人與其所處環境」的互動結果來決定，所以個人的生活適應能力鑲嵌在其所處的社會結構當中。然而，長期以來學生的學習興趣較偏好選擇以「個人為基礎」的處遇課程學習；因此，本課程設計意圖從「社會結構」面處遇服務使用者及其家庭的生活適應問題，並建構學生未來從事社會倡議或社會改革時的基本工作能力。1.介紹基變社會工作(Radical/Structural Social Work)的基本概念，以讓學生瞭解社會結構對個人生活各層面的影響力2.介紹社會排除觀點及其所衍生的福利服務供給，以建立學生從立法或社會結構層面處遇社會問題的能力3.介紹社會倡權的理論與工作途徑，以建構學生從事社會改革的工作能力4.介紹反歧視社會工作途徑，以釐清學生的處遇價值，並提高學生在服務供給過程中對「服務使用者權力」的敏感度Advocacy , Anti- discrimination and anti-oppressive perspective seek to represent the interests of powerless clients to powerful individuals and social structures. Therefore, critical social workers argue that Advocacy and anti-oppressive are not always structural in their implied explanation of social and psychological issue. They enable people to overcome barriers in achieving life objectives gain access to service and power. Moreover, Advocacy represents people in two different ways: speaking for them, and interpreting and presenting them to those with power. So, the purposes of this course include :
1. to introduce theories about Advocacy, Anti-discrimination and anti-oppressive perspective,
2. to understand the social movement of the underclass and the disadvantage in the society,
3.and to acquire the treatment model of cretical social work.
