本課程培養學生下列知識：

本課程針對商業活動，從理論與實務方面，透視各類商業交易中之英文商業契約書、交易條件、付款條件之內涵、操作實務以及避險措施，使學生能夠正確地認知與使用。課程中，學生亦將閱讀國際知名財經媒體之商業報導，確實掌握當下全球商業發展動向，便於日後在國際商業及外貿領域中順利創造商機。本課程將配合專題競賽，讓學生實際參與並且製作專題，從專題製作的過程中，把商業知識與實務做結合，為產業界提出實際貢獻。 1.讓同學涉獵西方文化跟典故 2.讓同學提昇英文閱讀能力 3.讓同學能在各個大師的作品薰陶下，進行深度的思考 4.讓同學涉獵西方文化跟典故 5.讓同學提昇英文閱讀能力 6.讓同學能在各個大師的作品薰陶下，進行深度的思考 This course is designed to use English business contracts and real business cases to analyze, to discuss and to organize the managerial knowledge. We try to build up the English environment to think logically and to express correctly. This course aims to enable students to develop their abilities of making correct and suitable business decisions. All students will enroll and participate the project competition.
