本課程培養學生下列知識：

本課程期望運用網路資源，提供學生真實語料進行多元文化的探索，藉由課堂上相關知識及概念的介紹，引導學生創造個人化的學習歷程及學習經驗，並藉由口語活動的設計實現實際溝通運用的目標。 1.聽懂情境式主題對話以及公共場所(如機場、旅館、車站等)一般性的廣播。 2.以常用英文句型與外籍人士進行與旅遊相關之情境式對話。 3.看懂與國外旅遊相關的重要資訊，如護照、機票、出入境文件、時刻表等，以及與多元文化主題相關之文本。 4.以平常的文字寫出與國外旅遊相關的段落或文章，如旅遊計畫、心得分享、個人經歷等。 5.展現對於多元文化學習、理解之能力。 1.To understand thematic conversations and broadcasting announcements in public places such as airports, hotels and stations. 2.To make conversations with foreigners about traveling and related experience and express opinions about multi-cultural issues. 3.To understand important travel documents, for example, passports, air tickets, check-in/check-out forms, time schedule, and multi-cultural texts. 4.To compose paragraphs or short articles about travel plans or experiences. 5.To understand and foster the ability for multi-cultural appreciation.
