本群組課目之實施在於訓練對個人優勢之認知，以建立職涯發展願景，促進發揮專業敬業精神，有效自律自
制，深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識，用以務實展現每一個人外顯績效，增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。行為職能（Behavioral Competencies,簡稱BC）

效，以體諒包容思維，面對衝突，超越障礙化解衝突，形成務實有用的內部及外部互動協作力量。

認識大環境及職務脈動趨向，積極促進學習與創新，建立工作價值概念與成本意識、掌握知識資訊與運用技
能，有效察覺職場問題與機會，洞察解題方法與策略，以有效訓練成為知識經濟社會中一個有準備的人力資本。
