This course aims to provide the students with the techniques to assess the effect on the value of a firm when it changes any of the financial strategies: financing, dividend, investment, IPO, stock splits, stock repurchases, risk hedging, and divestitures among others.1.To assess the effect of financing strategies on the value of a firm.2.To assess the effect of dividend strategies on the value of a firm.3.To assess the effect of investment strategies on the value of a firm.4.To assess the effect of initial public offering (IPO) on the value of a firm5.To assess the effect of stock splits on the value of a firm.6.To assess the effect of stock repurchases on the value of a firm.7.To assess the effect of risk hedging on the value of a firm.8.To assess the effect of divestitures on the value of a firm.9.To assess the effect of other financial strategies on the value of a firm.This course aims to provide the students with the techniques to assess the effect on the value of a firm when it changes any of the financial strategies: financing, dividend, investment, IPO, stock splits, stock repurchases, risk hedging, and divestitures among others.
