本課程之目標在於藉由整合策略性的領導效能、組織發展之重要學理與過去著名企業實際案例，以達到充實高階EMBA研究生對策略性領導的了解，以及提升策劃執行組織發展系統的管理視野與效能1.瞭解策略性的領導效能、組織發展之重要學理2.企業實際案例研討3.提升策劃執行組織發展系統的管理視野與效The core purposes are integrate strategic leadership and Organization development (OD) through deliberately study of famous paradigms of corporation and to enhance the expertise of facilitating organization's competitive and viability by strategic leadership and systemic learning and development strategy to better absorb disruptive technologies, shrinking or exploding market opportunities and ensuing challenges and chaos.
