本課程培養學生下列知識：

1.令學生明白現代資訊產業經營與管理理論與實務所需之專業知識與技巧，並且涵蓋資訊專業經理人所應有的企業倫理與社會責任。 2.透過特別邀請之學術及專業經理人團隊，暨精心且獨特之課程設計，以課堂講授及多次臺灣北部及中部資訊產業暨其他企業參訪方式，循循善誘，務使學員了解企業組織機構運作之目的與功能、企業經營與管理之理論及實務、增進學術研究知能及國際視野、具備領導與團隊合作的能力、整合企業經營管理暨企業組織相關知識，未來創新應用於就業職場、具備專業態度與個人素養、具備溝通、同理與表達的能力。 本課程循序漸進地介紹基礎的企業(含資訊產業)相關經營與管理議題，涵蓋企業經營管理，尤其是現代科技管理之演變與趨勢、企業診斷及內、外環境分析、企業經營績效分析、企業稽核實務，暨企業危機之闡述與實務等等，並高度地瞭解及參與國內的企業實況，如此更可提升同學們的學習興趣。尤可一提的是，本課程希望藉由活潑有趣的實務內容來幫助學員有效掌握理論的觀點，並且透過分組個案暨多次企業參訪活動，讓學員們能充份瞭解企業經營與管理如何有效應用於資訊產業經營與管理之中。此外，也希冀課程中特別的教學設計，透過課堂討論暨企業參訪，藉此培養學生具備獨立思考與解決問題的能力，為未來的升學或就業打下紮實的基礎。 1. Let students understand the theory and practice of modern management information industry expertise and skills needed, and covers information technology managers in the corporate ethics and social responsibility. 2. By special invitation academic and professional team of managers, and the elaborate and unique curriculum design , through classroom instruction and several times of Taiwan Northern and central part of information industry and other enterprises, on gradually with excellent methods, to ensure that students understand the purpose and function of the organizational structure of a firm operating, entrepreneurship theory and practice, the promotion of academic research on the management of knowledge and global vision, the ability to have leadership and teamwork, organization for integration of enterprise management and enterprise knowledge, future innovation applied to employment, have a professional attitude in the workplace and personal qualities, the ability to communicate, similarly with the expression. This course introduces the basics of enterprises (including information) management related topics, covering business management, particularly evolution and tendency of modern management of science and technology, enterprise diagnosis and internal and external environmental analysis, business analysis, business performance audit practice, and elaboration and practice of enterprise crisis and so on, helping students to understand and participate in the country's corporate facts, to enhance students' interest in learning. In particular may be mentioned that this course interesting and lively hope by practical content to help students effectively grasp the theoretical point of view, and by grouping several case-and-business visit programs, so students can fully understand how business and management effectively applied to the information industry operations and management. Also, hoping to instructional design special courses through classroom discussion and business visiting, to cultivate students with independent thinking and problem-solving skills, and lay a solid foundation for future studies or employment.

成績及評量方式

平時成績（團體報告、課堂互動與報告）：50% 平時上課與企業參訪出席：25% 期初暨期末書面心得報告：25%
