本課程培養學生下列知識：

This course aims to provide the students with the techniques to assess the effect on the value of a firm when it changes any of the financial strategies: financing, dividend, investment, IPO, stock splits, stock repurchases, risk hedging, and divestitures among others. 1.To assess the effect of financing strategies on the value of a firm. 2.To assess the effect of dividend strategies on the value of a firm. 3.To assess the effect of investment strategies on the value of a firm. 4.To assess the effect of initial public offering (IPO) on the value of a firm 5.To assess the effect of stock splits on the value of a firm. 6.To assess the effect of stock repurchases on the value of a firm. 7.To assess the effect of risk hedging on the value of a firm. 8.To assess the effect of divestitures on the value of a firm. 9.To assess the effect of other financial strategies on the value of a firm.
