| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程旨在使學生瞭解教育行政的內涵與歷程，以激發學生關心與從事教育行政的興趣。
1.學生能瞭解教育行政的意義、範圍、理論發展、與實務上的知識，激發學生關心、研究或從事教育行政的興趣。2.學生能瞭解教育行政計畫、決定、組織、溝通、領導、評鑑、視導、與興革等行政歷程，奠定從事教育行政工作的基礎能力。3.學生能瞭解我國的教育行政制度、教育組織文化與氣氛、教育行政倫理、以及教育行政的未來趨勢。The content of this subject contains: (1) Introduction of educational administration; (2) Development of educational administrative theories; (3) Systematic theory; (4) Planning of educational administration; (5) Decision-making of educational administration; (6) Organization of educational administration; (7) Organizational culture and organizational climate: (8) Communication of educational administration; (9) Leadership of educational administration; (10) Motivation of educational administration; (11) Power and political behavior; (12) Management of conflict in the educational organization; (13) Educational supervision; (14) Organizational development and organizational change; (15) Evaluation of educational administration; (16) Administrative system of Taiwan; (17) School-based management; (18) Administrative procedure and substantial justice; (19) Ethics of administrative staff; (20) Trends and prospect of educational administration.
