本課程培養學生下列知識：

一、.知識：以單元之方式，依序介紹投資學之重要概念及基本理論，輔以台灣之實證研究或應用實例，期能經由紮實之訓練，為同學謀職或進修奠下良好之現代投資學基礎。 二、技能：本課程包含四大範疇： 1. 「磐石理論」vs.「空中樓閣」 2. 「技術分析」 3. 「基本分析」 4. 現代投資組合理論 3.態度：分別從金融專業知識、企業道德風險與實務操作技巧，以不同層面剖析金融時事。 1.「磐石理論」vs.「空中樓閣」 2.「技術分析」？ 3.「基本分析」？ 4.市場可預測嗎？ 5.現代投資組合理論 6.Exchange Traded Funds （ＥＴＦ） Using common sense to introduction financial markets and institutions envolve in response to the desires,technologies, and regulatory constrains of the investors in the economy. In fact,we could predict the general shape of the investment environment.
