| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
藉由講座方式，以亞洲、歐洲各地國家觀光事業為例，英語為媒介讓學生熟稔各種相關的文法、語彙與溝通技巧等，建立日後專業執業的信心，激發學生學習與從業熱忱。1.使學生熟稔觀光英文的文法、語彙與溝通技巧2.使學生能運用習得語言技巧如接受訂房、給予建議協助與處理客訴等3.透過歐亞各國觀光事業為例，使學生了解觀光產業實務與語言能力需求The objective of this course is two-fold: 1) to develop language awareness by focusing on key grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and the skills essential to the tourism practitioners, and 2) to build confidence in students to use effective communication strategies for workplace situations such as taking bookings, giving suggestions and dealing with complaints.
