| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

從多國籍公司的觀點，探討財務管理的重要課題。本課程首先瞭解企業國際化的過程及理論，繼而熟悉匯率報價及運算，並且瞭解如何運用衍生性金融商品進行外匯風險管理，最後探討多國籍公司的國際投資決策。1.瞭解企業國際化的進程及理論2.瞭解匯率的報價決定及決定3.熟悉外匯衍生性商品及其避險功能4.熟悉外匯曝險程度的衡量與管理5.熟悉跨國資本預算Understand the environmental differences encountered by the manager of the international finance function in a multinational corporation. Discuss the selected major issues of multinational financial management, including: operation and mechanics in foreign exchange market; hedge against foreign exchange risk by derivatives; management of foreign exchange risk; capital budgeting of multinational corporations, etc.
