本課程培養學生下列知識：

本課程是使學生了解溝通可以讓組織運作順暢，組織的層級可以減少，可以促進人際關係、提昇企業的績效。 This course will be taught in English. 1.Enhance students' English students' speaking ability 2.Enhance students' communication skills 3.Develop students’ English vocabulary 4.Develop students’ habit of advanced oral expression The course is to enable students to understand the communication can make organization running smoothly, organization level could be reduced, can contribute to human relationships, and improve enterprise performance.
