今日成本會計主要係提供攸關資訊，有效地執行規劃、控制作業及制定經常性和策略性管理決策，激勵員工達成組織目標。1.熟悉成本觀念與習性分析2.學習執行成本規劃與決策制定之方法3.了解分批成本與分步成本之制度4.熟悉標準成本制度之功能This course includes the basic concept, procedures and the decision-oriented topics of cost accounting. The purpose of this course is to prepare students with the skills of cost planning and controlling. Students will learned how incorporate the concept of cost accounting into business strategic planning.
