培養學生從政治、經濟、社會、文化等因素去瞭解科技知識之發展與運作的過程的能力。1.引導學生在生活經驗層次，建立直接的學習思考。2.引導學生建立生活科技觀點與立場，瞭解科技與社會的緊密關連性。3.引導學生思維社會、文化以及自然科技的密切關係，建立學生整體考量的視野The main purpose of this class is to help students understand the development of science and the ability of process from politics, economy and socialculture.
