學生將由本課程瞭解到溝通的本質及其專業知識與技能，其中包含跨文化溝通、口語、書信溝通模式、 談判協商過程與策略， 進而培育成為優秀公共關係溝通人才。1.熟悉跨文化溝通的本質與知識。2.熟悉商業口語、書信溝通模式。3.熟悉談判協商的本質。4.熟悉跨文化談判協商的過程與策略。Through this course, students will be able to understand the nature of communication and its professional knowledge and skills, which include intercultural communication, oral/nonverbal and written communication patterns, negotiation process and strategies. Furthermore, students are expecting to be excellent professionals in public relationship communication.
