| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |

本課程以商用英文為核心，並涵蓋各種時事商業活動題材，著重趣味化、生活化、及實用化的題材，以強化商務英文口語基礎。課程以一系統性引導學生，使其在未來能更有效地運用本學科。為使活潑課程及更深入瞭解英系國家文化，本課程將穿插基本國際禮儀及當地風俗民情介紹。
另外，本課程之教學進度將視學員學習程度進行彈性調整，以利學生能夠獲得更有效率的學習。
1.具備商用英文的基本知識與能力。2.具備商用英文意見表達與想法。3.具備商用英文進行電話溝通與對答技巧。4.培養學生接待外國客戶應有的國際禮儀。5.培養學生對外國文化的差異認知。6.培養學生不畏懼且開放的態度學習商用英文。This course is designed to help the students quickly write the most important business letters used today and each unit is designed to lend itself to various activities/role plays where the students can bring their personal experience to the situation. Those videos are the perfect way to expose students to the interpersonal side of real business world.
