本課程首先介紹航空業發展與市場現況，使學生了解航空票務基本常識、機票與相關規定，繼而介紹旅行業專門用語，使學生熟悉航空票務訂位系統之操作，以培養學生進入旅行業之基礎工作能力。1.航空業發展與市場現況2.航空票務基本常識3.機票相關規定4.旅行業專門用語5.航空票務訂位系統操作 After completing this course, students should be able to:
1.To understand the current development of global aviation industry
2.To learn the basic international airline ticketing fare construction
