| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
本課程透過個案實做，以使學生瞭解企業評價常用的各種模型。學生選定欲進行評價之標的公司，上網尋找財務報表等公開資訊，然後以本益比法、市價與帳面價值比模型、現金流量折現模型或超常盈餘成長模型等方法進行個案之企業評價。個案研究採分組方式，各組需完成書面及口頭報告。本課程性質屬於專題製作，旨在培養學生全方位的能力，引導學生將所學的相關知識能有效統整並應用於實際個案。1.能瞭解企業評價的相關模型2.能運用適當的軟硬體進行評價分析3.能將分析結果具體呈現4.能瞭解如何撰寫書面報告及進行口頭簡報Introduce the students to understand the corporation valuation models by case study method. The valuation models include price-earnings ratio model, market to book ratio model, discounted cash flow model and discounted abnormal earnings growth valuation model.
