本課程培養學生下列知識: |
本課程藉由多樣之英文悅讀(pleasure reading),引發學生對英文閱讀之興趣,建立英文閱讀之自信,並了解英文閱讀之指導原則,以及有效英文習得之基本原則。1.掌握英文閱讀時之基本原則。2.提升英文閱讀之興趣與自信。3.掌握有效學習英文的方法。4.提升閱讀並理解不同主題文章之英文能力。5.提昇以英文認識世界多元文化之能力。The underlying principle of this course is to help students to acquire English through pleasure reading. The course objectives are:
1. To understand the guidelines for effective English reading.
2. To become more interested and more confident in English reading.
3. To know the fundamental principle of effective language acquisition.
4. To further develop their communicative competence, especially on reading materials with varieties of genres.
5. To be exposed to multicultural materials.
