幫助學生瞭解公司實務運作為前提，並透過實際參與商務作業之相關演練，使學生提前適應企業工作環境與職場倫理，培育學生「畢業即就業、上班即上手」。1.瞭解企業運作實務。2.學習認知職場倫理。3.體認團隊合作態度。1.Through the practice in enterprise, the course aims to deepen the connection between the theory and practice of business management 2.This course also aims to broaden the perspective of the understanding to the practice of management in wide industries. 3.It is hoped that students learn to master the ability of applying management theories in various business context by learning from benchmarking excellent management practices.
