不動產管理與價值評估不但為金融重要的一環，它也是一般公司投資與資產運用的重要技能，它對於金融機構更是重要，因為不動產大部分都為金融機構借款的抵押品。所以本課程是先分析不動產的價值與強化管理能力，並且進一步分析其不動產衍生性商品。1.不動產特性與投資管理2.不動產抵押貸款種類與其特性3.不動產抵押貸款分析與評價4.住宅與商用不動產特性5.不動產相關商品證券化6.新不動產衍生商品之探討This course introduces the principle of real estate finance, investment and securitization. The financial calculator is applied for the quick and exact answer for the mortgage calculation. The exercise of financial feasibility analysis of large-scale and long-term project is also provided in the class for professional training for investment analyst.
