| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
電腦網路乃透過各種網路設備及傳輸媒介將目標電腦互連而成的網絡，其中包含了各種相關的軟硬體技術。本課程首先探討電腦網路的組成、電腦網路的通訊，繼而針對電腦網路的應用作一個概況介紹，本課程之課程目標為：1.電腦網路的概況2.瞭解網路各層的功能3.瞭解網路層間的互相運作4.建立網路整體的觀念、演算法與協定之介紹A computer network is an interconnected computers system such that computers are connected via some communication devices and links. In this coures, we first introduce the components in a computer netwrk and computers communication, and then give an overview of computer network applications. The goal of this course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of the computer networking. The main topics include networking introduction, Physical Layer of Networks, Data-link Layer of Networks, Network Layer of Networks, and Application Layer of Networks. Students will realize the following backgrounds of this course after completing the course: (1) The function of each network layer; (2) The operation of inter-layer; (3) Understand the operation of protocols; (4) Understand the algorithms and concepts of layered protocols.
