| 本課程培養學生下列知識： |
|
所謂項目管理就是計劃，執行並定期檢討更新計劃的室內裝飾，設計，施工計劃在不同階段的進度。有兩個級別的項目管理，在第一級的資源在確定的時間限制的條件下，該計劃是探討第二個層次的合理的替代資源，以期縮短變更後的計劃。1.了解並學習的室內設計的施工計劃與管理.2.檢討更新計劃的室內裝飾，設計，施工計劃在不同階段的進度處理.3.相關案例探討The so-called project management means the plan, implement and periodically review the updated plan of interior decoration, design, construction plans at various stages of the project. There are two levels of project management; the first level of resources in the established time limit under the conditions of the plan is to explore the second level of a reasonable alternative resource to shorten the period after the change of plans. Two-level should be gradual, and are pursuing the goal of project management.
