| 教學內容 | 本科目屬於個人成長領域之課程,其主要目的在促進學生對自我之了解,激發其生命全方位之潛能;藉由人文思想如存在主義與人本心理學思想之統合為背景,進而落實到身心靈及生活各層面課題之探討,以期促進學生處理生命各層面問題之能力,激發學生面對生面選擇之自主性,並涵育其健全之人格. | Syllabus | This subject is focused on the topics of individual growth.
