課程目標	數位學習的義意在於藉由網路與資訊技術環境的導入，提供多媒體生動與互動的學習呈現機制，以及網際網路無所不在的學習特性，豐富了傳統學習上的限制。然而，對於數位學習的議題，國內教科書上多著重於平台技術與內容製作工具的陳述，缺乏從多媒體呈現技術的利基層面與資訊管理技術的功能，探討數位學習中人因互動的學習方式等特性與問題，具體化將資訊技術的功能導入數位教學活動的呈現。因此本教學活動除介紹數位學習的平台與工具的功能外，藉由數位學習社群活動的功能，建構數位教學活動內容的規劃機制，使學習者未來從事數位內容時能熟悉數位內容發展流程的建立。	Objectives	In e-learning societies, the learning program is a matter of delivery technologies and contents, but also of communication and mission, within which aspects of technology and development society must be cooperated against individual operations. The purpose of this course is to establish a whole concept which could beyond the authoring tool of digital content development, when learners develop their own materials.
