4.能分析早期療育方案的成本效益（其他）。		 Objectives The objectives of the course are:
1. To know the content and implementations of some notable early childhood intervention programs.
2. To assess the conditions of families which participate in early intervention programs.
3. To care about types of intervention services for low-income families.
4. To concern the cost-benefit of early intervention programs.
