本課程的目標在於使同學瞭解及應用企業經營與管理的相關基本概念，同學於完成本課程後能夠針對組織、部門、團隊或個人所執行之業務，運用管理功能(管理的知識技能)以達成其目標(效能與效率)，本課程並進行個案討論，將管理應用於設計產業相關組織。 |
Syllabus |
The purpose of this course is to understand the concepts and applications of management. After finishing this course, students will be able to apply management knowledge and skill to business functions so that the organization effectiveness and/or efficiency will be improved. Case study will be conducted for organizations in design industry. |
