| 課程目標 | 配合創新創業領域相關系列課程的實施，本實務個案與實作專題課程旨在：透過分組，使各組學生針對各類型企業經營所需要的生產、行銷、人力資源、研發、財務、資訊…等議題進行實務個案討論與專題報告製作。學生在分組之後，將依照各組同學的討論決定所要製作的創新創業類別，透過課程中的個案需求分析、技術與市場分析等討論來培育學生建立創新創業、系統規劃…等企畫案製作的能力。必要時，學生可以透過企業界專家的訪談來強化實務觀念。學期中將至少規劃一次的工廠見習，用以提升學生對於相關實務的認知。 | Objectives | Adapt to the implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship education, this course intends to guide students through integration of all of the business management issues including production, marketing / sales, human resourses, R&D, financing, and IT aspects by performing case studies and term projects in the class. |

| 教學內容 | 透過分組，使各組學生針對各類型企業經營所需要的研發、生產、行銷、管理、物流、金流…等企業電子化議題進行實務專題製作。學生在分組之後，將依照各組同學的討論決定所要製作的企業類別與電子化領域類別。進而透過企業訪談、問題與需求分析、系統分析…等方式來建構企業電子化的虛擬模型。 | Syllabus | By separating students into team groups, each group of students will focus on practical practices of e-business issues of such as R&D, production, commerce, management, logistics, cash flow, and so on. Student teams will be teamed up according to their study interests. Further, each team will go through enterprise interview, requirement analysis, system analysis, and so on, to build up their own virtual e-business model. |
