使學生瞭解我國目前的觀光行政組織、觀光產業政策、觀光產業發展現況及未來展望，並就相關法規進行重點介紹與討論，以增加學生對觀光產業及相關法規的認識。 |

The curriculum goal makes the student to understand about Tourism Administration, Tourism industrial policy, Tourism industrial development present situation and the future forecasts, And carries on the key introduction and the discussion on the

1. To illustrate the tourism policy and development in Taiwan.
2. To illustrate umerous important tourism laws.
(1) the policy and tourism laws in the country of China;
(2) the managements and laws for scenic areas, national parks, and national forest recreation area;
(3) the managements and laws for leisure industry
(4)the managements and laws for tour guides and tour leaders;
(5)the managements and laws for other emerging leisure industry. |
