| 教學內容 | 觀光法規與政策課程主要教授初步與通盤的理解及概念，進一步增進領隊導遊考試之能力。教授內容主要包含觀光行政組織、觀光政策、觀光法規三部份。介紹行政管理體系、觀光政策白皮書、發展觀光休閒新戰略新思維、各年度施政重點、觀光倍增計畫、與未來願景。強調推行政策要合乎需求外，更要考量是否抵觸相關法律條文。諸如發展觀光條例、旅行業管理規則、導遊領隊管理規則、觀光遊樂業管理規則、觀光遊館業管理規則、民宿管理辦法……等相關法律條文。 | Syllabus | Teaching tourism and leisure policies and regulations, with an initial understanding and with the overall concept and enhance the ability of test leader guides. Mainly includes: tourism administrative organizations, tourism policy, tourism and regulations three parts. Describes the administrative system, Tourism Policy White Paper, the development of new thinking, new strategies for tourism and leisure, the annual policy agenda, plan to double tourism, and the future vision. Stressed the implementation of policies to meet the demand, but also want to consider are in breach of the relevant legal provisions. Such as the development of tourism regulations, travel management rules, and guided management rules, tourist attractions and business management rules, sightseeing tours museum industry, management rules, B & B management approach ... ... and other related legal provisions. |
