教學內容 課程目標:讓同學們了解接待禮儀的重要性,課程中結合國際禮儀、商業禮儀及生活禮儀的精髓和深入淺出的學習禮儀。希望同學們進入社會後或是在實習期間於人際關係及工作職場擁有全方位的應對技巧、禮儀規範,讓同學能具備前瞻性的文化層次。
除了接待禮儀外,職場倫理更是同學們在應徵工作時,企業界所希望具備的必要基本條件。其中包括了創新力、溝通力、抗壓力、敬業精神、團隊精神及在品性、服務態度、工作績效、人際關係及自我成長等方面的要求。此課程讓同學清楚知道在職場應有的態度,便於進入職場時可以得心應手的應對工作。

Syllabus Objectives: Student would understand the important of reception manner which associated with sorts of essence for ethics of international, business and living by gradual learning. Anticipate the successful implementation on omni-direction skill for student's fulfillment in their practitioner and even for their working career. In addition, proper manner escalate cultural level of foreseeing, occupation ethics are the key to job interview which recruited for creatives, communication, attitude to face pressure and dedication to team work, all of them contributed to better performance. The course are deemed to the attitude to occupation and make it a handy guide before entering working career.
