從事銀髮服務的相關工作，良好且適當的溝通理論與技巧是非常重要。本課程將透過溝通理論的探討，來讓學生認識自己與老人溝通能力，及學習正確的溝通技巧，並配合演練與研討、小組報告，讓同學以實際演練的方式來體驗這一門社會科學，並掌握到運用到銀髮服務工作的關鍵要領。 |
Objectives |
Communication theory and practice communication in elderly human life is an important topic. How to suitably communicate either by oral or limbs should be trained step by step. In this course, instructor will follow the textbook as well as give practical case study to let the students to strengthen the ability of communication to the elderly people. Besides, students will fully use this skill learnt from class into his future work to provide good service to elderly people. |
