本課程旨在介紹長期照顧服務的內容。課程內容包括：長期照顧服務定義、技巧與相關理論、社區照顧與長期照顧服務、社會照顧與長期照顧服務、長期照顧與社會工作角色、老人社會工作與長期照顧、身心障礙社會工作與長期照顧等相關議題。 |
Objectives |
This course is designed to introduce long-term care service. Topics include definition, skills and theoretical perspectives of long-term care service, issues of community care and long-term care service, issues of social care and long-term care service and its related issues of social work for elderly people, disabled people in long-term care service. |

本課程在使學生獲得長期照顧之整體性基本概念。課程內容包括：長期照顧需求、國內外長期照顧發展與現況、長期照顧的概論(本質、理念、定義、服務範圍)、長期照護相關政策及法規、我國現行長期照顧服務體系之介紹(服務及保險給付沿革與現況、照護標準、實務現況介紹)、長期照護相關議題(含個案管理、出院準備服務及服務資源應用及品質管理)等。 |
Syllabus |
This course is to teach the basic concepts of long-term care of the integrity. Course contents include: long-term care needs, domestic and international developments and current status of long-term care, long-term care of the Introduction (the essence of the concept, definition, scope of services), long-term care policies and regulations, Taiwan system of long-term care services introduced (service and insurance History and current status of benefits, care standards, practices, introduced the current situation), long-term care related issues (including case management, discharge planning and service resources, applications and quality management). |
