課程目標 本課程的目標包括︰
1.了解幼保專業倫理的範疇、內容、原則與相關法令。
2.演練處理幼保職場兩難情境之能力。
3.陶冶謙卑、柔軟、冷靜、積極又圓融的處事態度。
4.深入了解人情世故,調整自己的性格,提升解決問題的能力。
Objectives The objectives of the course are:
1. To understand ethical principles and laws of early childhood education and care.
2. To discuss and analyze ethical issues, and to practice problem solving skills.
3. To learn to be humble, gentle, calm, positive, and sophisticated in dealing with all kinds of problems.
4. To have a deep understanding of social etiquette, to modify one’s character, and to improve problem solving skills.
