課程目標 本課程主要以培養學生具有基本的國際貿易實務知識與操作技巧為目標，並進而能熟悉國際貿易流程和處理各項進出口相關之商業交易。 Objectives The objective of this course is to help students to build basic knowledge and skills of international trade practices. After this course, students will be familiar with the flow of international trade, and have the abilities of dealing with import and export related business transactions.

教學內容 使學生了解國貿實務的意義及國際貿易的準備工作,如樣本準備、目錄設計、貿易談判、各項文件製作、押匯及結匯等實務流程,並能熟悉與運用國際貿易的各種交易條件,正確地計算進出口的合理價錢,明白貿易契約的內容。 Syllabus Students will understand the purpose and preparation of international trade, such as sample sending, global exhibition, catalog design, trade negotiation, the documentation, and foreign exchange processes. They will be familiar with the application of Incoterms 2010, calculate a reasonable offer for both import and export business accurately, and understand the content of business contract as well.
