為什麼要學習媒體經營與管理?經營管理對現代人有什麼重要性?

除非你根本不打算進入職場,只要你未來想成為媒體人或企業人,不論是企劃、創意、製作、主持,經營管理都是現代人必備的基礎知識與能力。

本學期的課程重點包括:認識媒體產業生態、媒體產品特性、媒體組織工作性質、管理原理與精神、管理原則與學派、管理功能、媒體行銷管理、媒體內容產製管理、數位科技對媒體發展的影響、媒體商業化與財團化的案例探討。

管理是計畫、執行、確認、行動的組織行為,透過此理性行為的運作,讓工作更具有可行性與統整性,協助組織達到茁壯發展的目標。在這一學期當中,我們將以管理知識為基礎,引導同學學習策略思考的方式、組織管理的能力。期望透過統合性的知識養成,培育學子成為一位具有管理科學能力的媒體創意人。

Why learning media management and management of modern? what importance?

Unless you don't plan to enter the job market, as long as your future want to become a media person or business, whether they are planning, creative, production, hosting, management and administration are essential for modern man of basic knowledge and skills.

The focus of this semester courses include: understanding the media industry, media, product characteristics, the nature of the work of media organizations, management principles and the spirit, principles of management and school, management, media, marketing, media, content production and management, digital technology and the development of the media, the media, commercial and the consortium of case study.

Management is the planning, execution, confirmation and action of organizational behavior, through the operation of this rational behavior, let more possibilities and integration, helping organizations achieve healthy development. During this semester, we will manage the knowledge-based, student learning strategies guided way, organization management. Hoped that through the integration of knowledge to develop and nurture students as a management science capacity media creative people.
