Objectives |
It is a course of relation between intellectual property rights and copyright in visual design. The course objectives will be as follows: intellectual property rights meaning and content, the TRIPS (Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights) of WTO, interpretation of new Copyright Act, decipher of new Patent Act, new Trademark Act decipher. |

1.平時成績30%採當場隨堂隨計方式,含出勤狀況及發言討論情形。2.期中考成績30%擬以分組書面報告為主,含準備過程、資料內容分析。3.期末考成績40%採用個人口頭報告方式。 |
