| 課程目標 |
本課程目的在使學生熟悉化學之基本原理與其辨證之方法。某一學生上台做某專題報告，接著其餘學生提出相關問題，全班一起參與討論。 |
Objectives |
Each student is required to choose a topic related to chemistry and give an oral presentation in the class. The speaker should tray to answer all the questions raises by the audience. This is a seminar given by the students. |

Organic name reaction, selected theme and literature references, and journal articles. |

課前摘要10%、口頭報告60%、書面報告10%、平時表現20%。
注意：未具有任一門乙級證照學科或術科考試及格者，將無法修習書報討論（二）。 |
Grading |
Abstract 10%, oral presentation 60%, written report 10%, and in-course performance 20%. |

每週由數位學生以有機化學與有機金屬化學反應為主題，就人名反應、反應型態、反應機制，與應用範圍等，作15~20分鐘口頭報告，並於學期末繳交書面報告。 |
Syllabus |
Students are required to select a name reaction in organic chemistry or organometallic chemistry field as the main theme of a 15-20 min talk. The following topics should be incorporated in the presentation, e.g.
name reaction, general reaction pathway, historical background, reaction mechanism, scope and limitation, and the application of the reaction. |
