Objectives | This course aims to cultivate students with the ability to: a. Understand different types of physical agents (e.g. luminance, extreme temperatures, abnormal pressure, noise, vibration, radiation, etc.) that can present in the work environment, and related legislative requirements, principles of measurement, equations calculation, evaluation and control strategy, and prevention countermeasures. b.Perform risk analysis and evaluation of workplace physical agents and draft control strategy and prevention countermeasures. |

| 教學內容 | 本課程介紹環境之物理及心理因素對人員身心之影響。內容包括噪音與噪音防治、氣溫等大氣狀況、振動與加速度、環境照明、人體計測與工作空間設計等相關內容。課程目的在使修課學生了解工業環境對於人員之影響，進而於職場建立有效之因應對策。 | Syllabus | This course introduces physical and psychological effects of various environmental factors on humans. Lectures cover topics of noise and noise control,environmental temperature, vibration and acceleration measurements, environmental illumination, anthropometry and workspace design. The course is designed to have students understand the effects of environmental conditions on humans so as to build up corresponding strategies in occupational applications. |
