本課程根據營建工程專案之需要，介紹如何進行工程財務管理。內容包括:工程經濟;工程財務規劃與控制;工程基本會計;營建稅務;及工程財務運作；財務報表；資金籌措與調度。 |
Objectives |
Based on the needs of construction project, financing the project, balancing the cash flow, financial feasibility analysis will be described in this course. Also, the topics will cover budget development, construction accounting, engineering economic, financial report, corporate finance, construction tax, insurance and bonding. |
