| 課程目標 | 企業全球運籌管理含括原物料、生財機具、半成品、成品、備用零件、廢棄物及一般供應用品及專業服務的控制系統的設計與管理。 全球運籌管理是以市場為導向，整合資源、整合企業流程、整合決策，充分利用比較利益，達成價值創造過程的最佳化，行全盤之佈局以創造競爭優勢的構想與方法。 在課程當中會介紹全球運籌國際分工及整合、全球運籌管理模型之建構與佈局模式、全球運籌管理的營運、全球運籌管理與資訊的解決方案、全球運籌管理協同、整合與績效評量，讓同學希望同學能了解全球運籌管理的重要性及其發展性，未來能應用於工作領域當中。 |
Objectives | Global Logistics Management included the design and administration of systems to control the flow of materials, equipments, work-in-process, general supplies, finished inventory, spares parts and specialized services to support business global operations. The student could learning the Global Logistics Management Framework、Strategic Plan、Optimization of Business Operations、IT Solutions、Performance Evaluation, and can put it into practice in the future. |
