課程目標 針對人力資源管理基本的內涵及重要性進行講課及討論,並培養學生正確的人力資源管理的觀念與企業實務,深入淺出未來管理趨勢,讓理論與實務皆能兼顧與實際應用。 Objectives It focuses on the basic and important foundation of Human Resource Management to do a lecture and tutorial. The aim is to educate students have correct concepts of Human Resource Management and real actions in firms, and also provide them the managerial trend in the future. Finally, it needs to be combined theories with practices together and to know how to apply in the real world.

教學內容 現代企業視員工為競爭資本,如何找到(招募)對的人才(員工),加以訓練後進入工作場所,發揮其職能為企業創造利潤,而員工本身並隨著公司的成長而取得需求的滿足,期間所經歷的各項人力資源的發展是相當重要之課題,
本課程主要讓學生了解人力資源管理:(1)現在與未來,(2)資訊技術,(3)法律環境;以及企業內(4)工作分析與設計,(5)員工訓練規劃,(6)員工的招募,(7)員工的甄選,(8)職前講習與員工訓練,(9)管理與組織發展;再者,引導學生對(10)生涯發展,(11)績效評估系統,(12)薪資與福利制度,(13)獎勵薪資制度之探討;最後,並以個案實例讓學生呈現與企業「最後一哩」的前導作業。
Syllabus There are 13 topic for our course, including the following as:(a)the status quo and future of HRM(Human Resource Management),(b)MIS(Management Information System)in HRM,(c)the law surrounding of HRM,(d)job analysis and design,(e)the planning of HRM,(f)recurring,(g)selecting,(h)orientation and training,(i)management and organization development,(j)career development,(k)performance appraisal system,(l)compensation and benefit,(m)incentive and rewards. In addition, We also introduce the practical case from real-in-world for students’ freshly learning.
