教學內容 讓學生熟悉旅館業之客務部組織與職責、訂房作業、櫃檯作業;房務部組織與職責、房務作業;後勤支援系統、工務與安全管理,及介紹國內各大飯店其營運管理之現況,以及發展趨勢為最終目標。並且幫助學生加強對其相關行業就業市場之工作特性、職掌及生涯規劃的認識。 Syllabus All hospitality services need professional communication acknowledge and skills to support the various functions in which are an integral part of their operations. In addition, this course explores reception skills, business communicaton, housekeeping service and applies it to the customers service and the hotel industry.
