The emphasis of this course is to introduce the existing ticketing rules of IATA to the class. The course will cover the following chapters:

Ch 2 Air Transportation Development
Ch 3 Basic Air Ticketing
Ch 4 Computer Reservation System（CRS）
Ch 5 Ground Duty Management
Ch 6 Air Duty Management
Ch 7 Air Terminal Management
