Objectives |
This course is teaching some easy limbs with rhythm music. Plan an efficient aerobics to reduce fat, improve cardiopulmonary function and muscle ability. Train students a correct exercise concept and have good exercise habits. Hope to improve student’s quality of life, to make student’s life with exercise. |
